Sophia Turner

Duty Editor, Kanalcoin

Sophia Turner turns Kanalcoin’s global crypto feed into information a Southeast Asian reader can use. A Thailand enforcement story needs the local authority and jurisdiction; an event entry needs the correct city, date and audience; a knowledge guide must explain the action without importing assumptions from another market. Live market figures are checked separately before they frame that regional context.

What the duty editor does

• Monitors every published article and its QC result, around the clock.
• Follows up on articles the QC system flags, and corrects or withdraws them.
• Can pause publishing across the site when something is wrong.
• Handles reader reports of errors under the Corrections Policy.

The automated checks on each article are performed by our AI review system, not by Sophia personally; the duty editor’s role is oversight, correction and withdrawal.
